Optexity

Introduction:

Optexity trains AI models through human demonstrations, automating the completion of web tasks with performance superior to Gemini and GPT-4o.

Optexity

Optexity is a framework designed to use human demonstrations to train base models, enabling them to automatically complete tasks on computers, especially web-based tasks. It allows you to record human actions while completing tasks in the browser, then process these records for training AI agents. In the future, Optexity plans to add features for training through self-exploration (reinforcement learning), software documentation, and YouTube videos.

Core Features:

  • Record Demonstrations: Capture the process of humans performing web tasks.
  • Process Demonstrations: Process the recorded demonstration data to prepare for model training.
  • Generate Training Data: Convert the processed demonstration data into a format suitable for model training.
  • Model Training: Train the base model using the prepared data (currently recommended to use LLaMA-Factory).
  • Evaluate Agents: After training, evaluate the agent's performance on specific web tasks.

Use Cases:

Optexity is mainly used in the following scenarios:

  • Web Automation: Train AI agents to automatically complete repetitive web tasks, such as data entry, form filling, and web content scraping.
  • Software Automation: Train AI agents to automate software operations, such as configuring software parameters and generating reports.
  • Process Automation: For specific business processes, train AI agents to automatically execute the entire workflow.
  • Improve Efficiency: Automating tasks reduces manual intervention and improves work efficiency.
  • Reduce Error Rates: AI agents can perform tasks according to predefined procedures, reducing human errors.
  • Automation Without Programming: Anyone can train AI by demonstrating operations, reducing reliance on professional programmers.

In short, Optexity allows you to teach AI how to perform various computer tasks just like teaching a child, through demonstrations.
