VACE
VACE is an integrated video creation and editing model that combines multiple tasks, including reference video generation (R2V), video-to-video editing (V2V), and masked video-to-video editing (MV2V). Users can freely combine these tasks to achieve functions such as moving objects, replacing objects, referencing objects, expanding scenes, and animating, thereby simplifying workflows and exploring more possibilities.
Use Cases of VACE:
- Video Content Creation: Generate new video content through text prompts and/or reference images/videos.
- Video Editing and Modification: Edit existing
videos, for example:
- Object Movement: Change the movement trajectory of objects in the video.
- Object Replacement: Replace objects in the video with other objects.
- Style Transfer: Apply the style of a reference image to the video.
- Scene Expansion: Expand the field of view of the video.
- Animation: Convert objects or scenes in the video into animation effects.
- Video Repair/Completion: Use masks and prompts to repair or complete missing or damaged parts of the video.
- Creative Exploration: Try different creative combinations to explore more possibilities in video creation.
- Quick Prototyping: Quickly generate video prototypes to validate creative ideas.
In simple terms, VACE can be used in any scenario that requires video generation or editing, and its integrated nature allows users to easily combine multiple tasks to achieve more complex functionalities.
